FAQ

  • How much does it cost to join?
There is a $100 sign-up fee per account. We allow up to 4 people living in the same household to be listed on one account. Then, you can choose from a monthly plan ($30/month per person) or an annual plan ($270/year per person).
  • Do you offer any discounts?
We offer the same rates to all members. You can choose between an annual plan or a monthly billing plan. We do not offer discounts for specific categories such as alumni, student, etc.
  • What is the sign-up fee?
The sign-up fee is assessed per account when you join. As long as you remain a member (with no breaks in membership), the sign-up fee is only assessed once. The sign-up fee is PER ACCOUNT, not per individual member. Up to 4 people living in the same household may sign up on one account. If you cancel and re-join at a later time, the sign-up fee would apply.
